TMPAD Privacy Policy

TMPAD does not create user accounts and does not require a name, email address, or Google account. This policy explains the limited device, purchase, advertising, referral, and diagnostic data used by the app.
Data used by TMPAD services
- Device identifier: after privileged device setup succeeds, TMPAD sends its Themed ID to the service. The service immediately derives a pseudonymous identifier with a server-side HMAC. The raw Themed ID is not stored.
- Premium Pass activity: pass grants, spends, refunds, balance, command category, acknowledgements, and timestamps are stored to support backup, restoration, and duplicate-event prevention.
- Purchases and entitlements: Google Play product ID, product type, purchase-token hash, verification status, entitlement status, subscription expiry, and notification timestamps are used to verify and restore purchases. Google Play processes payment information; TMPAD does not receive card details.
- Referrals: an opaque referral code, referring and receiving pseudonymous device identifiers, referral timing, completion status, and referral count are used to validate referrals and grant passes.
- App information: app version and minimal created, updated, and last-seen timestamps are stored for compatibility, abuse prevention, and retention.
Advertising and diagnostics
TMPAD uses Google AdMob for ads, including rewarded ads. AdMob may process device identifiers, approximate location, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information under Google's policies. Rewarded-ad completion is verified using AdMob server-side verification.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may process app interactions, device and app information, crash reports, and diagnostics to measure reliability and improve the app.
How data is used
Data is used to provide Premium Pass backup and restoration on the same device, verify purchases and subscriptions, grant rewarded-ad and referral passes, prevent duplicate grants, operate referrals, diagnose failures, and protect the service from abuse. TMPAD does not sell personal data.
Storage, security, and retention
Service traffic is encrypted in transit. Device records are stored with pseudonymous identifiers and opaque credentials. Inactive device records are automatically removed after 180 days. Purchase verification records may be retained longer where needed to preserve entitlements, prevent duplicate grants, handle refunds, meet legal obligations, or comply with Google Play requirements.
Referral attribution records linked to a device are removed when referral and backup data is reset. Aggregate referral counts already credited to another device may remain.
Your controls
TMPAD does not provide accounts. The app includes a Reset referral and backup data action that removes the device's cloud pass backup, referral code, and linked referral records. Local app data can be removed through Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Google Play purchases and subscription management remain available through Google Play.
